SHIPPING TO CANADA AND AUSTRALIA; ANY WHERE INTERNATIONAL- You need to call our store or email our store for shipping prices, the flat rate is ONLY for the states. Once you place your order we will send a email stating the amount left to pay. You can pay via paypal or card.
ANY deposit on a saddle is NON refundable.

All Colored Iconoclast Boot do have a wait time, even the ones listed on the website are custom ordered. All Boots are custom made, not every pattern is the same and may vary Please call or email to check on wait time! Please note that these boots are not intended to be dyed and that they carry a protectant layer on them so colors do vary and may change once applied to the boot, no colors are guaranteed on your ordered color; and once they are purchased they are yours to keep. You can redye them yourself once washed if they seem to fade after awhile. I will give you instructions on how to reapply dye. We do Airbrush boots and can do any custom design you would like. Those do have an up charge on a full set, just ask for a quote! Thank you and get your boots on those horses! ALL Christmas orders need to be placed by October 31st or they will most likely not be there before Christmas.
All Iconoclast colored boots MAY take up to 6-8 weeks to make.
Once your order has been over 1 week we will NOT cancel order as your order has already been sent and processed by production. You will receive a restocking fee of 25%, if you absolutely have to cancel.
5 Star and Best Ever Pads- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PADS NOT IN STOCK. Do your research on color of felt and wear leathers you want. Once paid for we can NOT change anything on the order.
We ship USPS postal priority and UPS. All shipments are tracked and monitored. You will receive tracking to your email when your item is preparing to ship, once it actually ships you will receive another notification, Please keep an eye out for it OR save your tracking number.

We MAY accept an exchange within 7 DAYS of receiving the item as long as it is not damaged or used. You will then be issued store credit for the item amount minus shipping. Please contact us before you send the item back to ensure that we are aware and approve of the exchange. If you get approved to exchange colored Iconoclast Boots than you will pay a 25% restocking fee and will cover all shipping charges. If you send the boots back with out us approving first then you will be charged a restocking fee NO MATTER what. We never accept exchanges on products that we did not have in stock/drop ship items.
For custom boots, ONLY handwash. If you harshly spray with hose or power wash there will be OBVIOUS lines through the boots from the water pressure hitting it. It states to handwash on the package as well! 5 Star Pads can be washed but please see how to PROPERLY wash the pad. Please call or email us for any other questions regarding this.
We are not responsible for item wear that is a result of customer use including; constant rubbing, heavy packing, misuse or harsh environmental conditions. Proper Care for all our items will increase lifespan of product.
